DATA ON MINORS

Our products and services are intended for adults and are not designed for minors under the age of 15.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will take the necessary steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

Parents or legal guardians may contact us to request the deletion of data concerning their child.


DATA PROTECTION AND RETENTION

We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and physical security measures to ensure the protection of your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized individuals who need to access it in the course of their duties.

Your personal data is retained for periods that are limited and proportionate to the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Specifically:

• Data related to order management and customer relations (purchases, billing, after-sales service): retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for 5 years for evidentiary purposes, in accordance with applicable legal obligations;

• Billing data: retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting and tax obligations;

• Customer account data: retained for as long as the account is active, then deleted or anonymized after 3 years of inactivity;

• Data used for marketing purposes (newsletters, marketing emails): retained for 3 years from the date of your last contact with us (e.g., opening an email, clicking a link, making a purchase), unless you withdraw your consent or object;

• Data relating to prospects (individuals who have never made a purchase): retained for 3 years from the date of collection or the last contact;

• Browsing data and cookies: retained for a maximum of 13 months, in accordance with CNIL recommendations;

• Customer service records and correspondence (complaints, requests): retained for 3 to 5 years depending on their nature, to ensure we can follow up on and defend our rights in the event of a dispute;

• Data related to fraud prevention: retained for a maximum of 5 years;

  • Data related to audio/video recordings (video surveillance): 1 month


Beyond these periods, your data may be temporarily archived when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

At the end of these periods, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

When you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, we will no longer use the corresponding data (such as your email address and phone number) for targeted advertising purposes.
